Our practice is currently seeking two licensed therapists to join our growing team.

About Our Practice
Cachara and Associates LLC is a small private psychology practice with offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Our clinicians specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families, and bring expertise in areas such as:

Current Opportunities
We are currently hiring two licensed therapists for our Carlisle and Chambersburg locations.
These are full-time positions offering a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth sessions. Clinicians provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches aligned with their training and clinical orientation.

Full-time clinicians typically maintain 20–25 clinical sessions per week, supported by a steady referral stream from our established community presence.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania license as one of the following:

Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
-
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
-
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
-
Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
-
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Candidates who are close to completing licensure requirements are also encouraged to apply.

Additional qualifications include:

Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults

Use of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches
-
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Professional liability insurance
-
Ability to meet Pennsylvania background check and clearance requirements
