Scheduling Your First Appointment
To schedule an appointment, you can either call 717-220-8980 and select the prompt for new clients, or you can email email@example.com. Both of these options will guide you to Laura Storm, our Administrative Assistant. Laura will assist you in choosing a therapist, setting up the initial intake appointment, and answering any questions you may have. Laura will also assist you in verifying your insurance benefits. Phone calls and emails are returned on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Accessing the Portal
Once an appointment has been established, you will be emailed a link to our portal, which can be accessed through the website. There you will be asked to create a username and password. Once this is created, you will have access to all of the paperwork required for your appointment. We ask that this paperwork be completed prior to your first appointment. Please note that anyone over the age 14 must complete and sign their own paperwork. If you experience any problems with the paperwork, please contact Laura either by phone or email.
At the time of your appointment, you will be greeted by your therapist in the waiting room.
