We want to provide you with information and communication regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) (updated May 2021).  We appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate through these difficult times.   We are currently providing both in office sessions as well as telehealth (insurance permitting). We are asking that all of our clients and therapists continue to wear masks when in our office. 

Please note the following:

  • You will be asked to complete an updated consent form prior to your appointment that can be found on our client portal.

  • Seating in our therapy rooms has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.

  • We will take your temperature at the start of the session. If your temperature is higher than 100 degrees Fahrenheit, you will be asked to leave the office and resume telehealth sessions.

  • You will be asked to complete a COVID -19 questionnaire. If any questions are endorsed, we will ask that your session be conducted via telehealth. 

  • We ask that if you or anyone in your family is experiencing symptoms, please use the telehealth option for your session(s) for the recommended quarantine time frame, as proposed by the Department of Health. 

  • Our staff and clients will wear masks. If you or your child is unable to wear a mask for the entire length of the session, telehealth sessions are required. 

  • Our staff will maintain safe distancing.

  • Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.

  • Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the therapy rooms and the waiting room.
